Already have a DNA test?

You don't need to take a new one

Many clients have already done genetic testing years ago but never received practical recommendations they could actually use.

If you already have DNA results, we can use them for a personal interpretation and concrete recommendations.

I translate a complex genetic report into plain language and show how your traits can influence nutrition, weight, energy, recovery and health after 40.

  • Why weight gain happens and why it's hard to lose
  • Tendency to overeat and sweet cravings
  • Reaction to carbs, fats and caffeine
  • How you absorb vitamins and minerals
  • Recovery from physical activity
  • Energy, sleep and stress resilience
  • A nutrition strategy built around your genes

A real-world example

Marker 1
FTO gene variant — predisposition to weight gain

Carrying the risky variant means the body is more sensitive to energy-dense food and tends to overeat when high-calorie options are around.

Recommendation: focus on high-volume, satiating meals rich in protein and fibre; manage portions through plate structure rather than calorie counting.

Marker 2
CYP1A2 gene variant — speed of caffeine metabolism

Slow caffeine metabolism extends how long it acts in the body and can affect sleep quality, anxiety and hormonal balance.

Recommendation: shift coffee to the morning, limit to 1 cup before noon, switch to green tea or chicory when needed.

Marker 3
VDR gene variant — vitamin D absorption

Variations in the vitamin D receptor can lower the effectiveness of standard doses and require a more precise form and schedule.

Recommendation: adjust the dose based on current blood work, choose a fat-soluble form and take with fats for better absorption.
