Lab review and nutrigenetics

In-depth interpretation of blood work, hormonal profile, vitamins, minerals and — when needed — DNA test results. I explain what the numbers mean and how they relate to weight, energy, sleep and how you respond to food.

Coaching and GLP-1 support

What’s important to know before we start

Do I need to do lab tests in advance?

Not necessarily. During the first session we review your situation and decide which tests you actually need. If you already have recent results, we’ll use them.

Do you work online?

Yes. I work with clients all over the world online — via Zoom and Telegram. The format is built so distance doesn’t affect the quality of the work.

Does this work alongside Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro?

Yes. GLP-1 support is a dedicated part of my practice. We design nutrition so you preserve muscle, sustain energy, minimise side effects and lock in results after the course.

How long until I see the first changes?

Most clients notice changes in energy, sleep and eating behaviour within 3–6 weeks. Work with weight and body composition is a longer, more individual process.

Does every client need a DNA test?

No. DNA analysis is a powerful tool but not mandatory. I suggest it when genetic data will genuinely sharpen the nutrition, training or weight strategy.
