Practise of gratitude

❓ Why is this important?

There are many positive effects from this practice. Among them: improving physical and mental health, developing empathy and reducing aggression, increasing self-esteem and emotional stability.

The practice of gratitude sets your brain on a wave of abundance. The more you list what you are grateful for, the stronger the feeling that you are already rich in the moment. This displaces negative thoughts that you are missing something in life for complete happiness, and you still need to make efforts to achieve something and finally become happy.

▶️ You can give thanks for everything and at any time during the day. But if you build this practice into your evening or morning ritual, then you will definitely not forget about it, and you will perform it automatically.

▶️ If you have time, you can also keep a gratitude journal and write down in it everything that you are grateful for at the end of the day. In difficult emotional moments, when good thoughts do not come to mind, it is useful to open such a diary and switch, remembering how much good there is in our life.

❓What are you thankful for? For anything: our relatives and friends, a loved one, a pet, an interesting job, an upcoming or past trip, an interesting movie, hot water, etc. Everything that makes our life more interesting and better in moments.

🔻10 times other people both close and distant for what they do for you. You can thank not only mentally, but also in fact.
